Unique possibility!
The sailing ship Averechts offers you in wintertime a special accomodation in Amsterdam.
We sail from Amsterdam, Gevleweg near no. 68, 1013 AX Amsterdam, a very nice place in Amsterdam near the center, with nice view on the IJ (lake) of Amsterdam.
We sail short trips on the Northsea channel or IJsselmeer, including overnight stay.
The ship has:
- 30 beds (7x2-person cabins; 4x4-person cabins, all with sink with cold and warm running water)
- 4 Toilets
- 4 Showers
- Common area for dinners, etc.
- Stereo (i-pot plug!), karaoke system
- Karaoke possibilities
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, beer-tender system
- Standup head-room everywhere

Price: € 1.490,- * (2 nights, upto 30 persons)
*- Only valid from November 1 - April 1
*- Not valid between December 23 and Januari 3, when different prices are used.

Not included:
- Catering (we gladly provide)
- Sleepingbags and towels. You can bring your own sleeping bag and towel, or rent for € 10,00- per set.
- End cleaning (you can do yourself, or let us do it for € 150,-)
Beds
The beds are standard provided with matrass fittet sheet, pilow and pilowcase. You can bring your own sleeping bag and towel, or rent from us a cover and towel for € 10,00 per person.
All beds are 2 m x 0,8 m.
End- cleaning: € 150,- (you can do yourself)
At all times, on departure you will have to hand the ship over to the skipper swept-clean and with clean kitchen.
The end-cleaning (all the beds, sinks, toilets, showers, moping, etc) you can do your self, or let us do it for € 150,-
Deposit € 300
This will be returned on leaving the ship, after checking.
Conditions
The general conditions of the BBZ are applicable.
The house rules are applicable.
Extra possibilities
- Catering.
The price is based on self-supportiveness. Of course you can use our catering services
- Sailing tours. Daytours sailing to for example Volendam, Muiden, Pampus or Zaanse Schans are possible against extra payment of € 550,-
Location
The ship is docked in Amsterdam in the New Houthaven, Gevleweg near 68, 1013 AX Amsterdam.
This is no. 1 on the map.
Other locations are possible on request.
It is 2 km from the central station.
From the Central Station: bus 48 till Tasmanstraat.
Transport in Amsterdam: rent a bike!
Amsterdam is a very nice, interesting city. However, it is very small. You can do most things just walking. Or of course you take the excellent public transportation.
But: the best thing to do in Amsterdam is to rent a bike. This way, you can go everywhere very fast, easy and cheap.
Bikes are for rent everywhere, for example at the central station.
